MTY Coffee Shipping Policy

At MTY Coffee, we strive to ensure that your order reaches you as quickly as possible. Please read the following information about our shipping methods, delivery times, and costs.

Processing Time

• Every effort will be made to process and ship orders within 3-4 business days or less from the time the order is placed.
• Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Processing times may vary depending on order volume and product availability.

Shipping Methods

• You can choose your preferred shipping method during the checkout process. We offer a range of options to accommodate your needs.
• Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout, based on your location and selected shipping method.

Shipping Restrictions

• We currently ship only within the United States.
  

Order Tracking

• Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package using this number through the carrier’s website.

Damaged or Lost Packages

• If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please email us on our Contact Page within 7 days of receiving your package. We will assist you with filing a claim with the carrier or replacing the item if necessary.
